We believe every young person deserves the chance to discover what makes them unique and to feel confident sharing that with the world. 🌟 Our School Holiday Pageant Program is designed to help children aged 8–16 build confidence, develop their voice, and learn how to express their passions in a positive and empowering environment. Through engaging workshops and supportive mentorship, participants will their strengths, learn how to communicate with confidence, and discover new ways to give back to their community.

Standard Mental Health First Aid

Workshop/Class

The 2 day, 12-hour course teaches any adult (18 years and over) how to provide initial support to someone who is experiencing a mental health problem or crisis. Learn about the signs and symptoms of common mental health problems in adults, how to provide initial help, where and how to get professional help, what sort of help has been shown by research to be effective, and how to provide first aid in a crisis situation.
